Delivering not only excellent service according to Omni standards but also true hospitality and WOW moments. \n\nResponsibilities: \nMaintain regular attendance in compliance with Omni standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the Resort. \nMaintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper attire/uniform and name tag when working. \nMonitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, cleanliness and well being of restaurant guests. \nMust maintain full familiarity with menus and knowledge of beverage offerings. \nEnsure all staff has completed side work checklists for dining room. \nSpot check liquor pars and order daily supplies. \nMonitor food and liquor requisitions \nMaintain bar controls, safety and standards. \nHold pre-shift meetings and ensure department training requirements are met monthly. \nFollow up on established training steps. \nHandle guest comments and complaints and ensure member and guest satisfaction. \nCommunicate with guests and receive feedback. \nStay on the floor during peak hours.
