services.\nBuild positive relationships with guests by providing attentive, knowledgeable, and anticipatory service throughout their stay.\nQualifications:\nPrevious experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale hospitality environment is strongly preferred.\nPassion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences.\nAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.\nAbility to remain on your feet and move throughout the property for extended periods during scheduled shifts.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with guests and team members.\nExceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nThorough knowledge of Asheville and the surrounding area, including local attractions, dining, entertainment, and cultural experiences, preferred.\nProficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and related hospitality software.\nStrong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.\nAbility to anticipate guest needs, exercise sound judgment, and provide personalized solutions with professionalism and
