This position supports the daily operation of the Housekeeping department by supervising Room Attendants and Housepersons, inspecting guest rooms and public areas, maintaining Omni cleanliness and presentation standards, and ensuring associates have the tools, training, and support needed to succeed.\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong attention to detail, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced resort environment.\nResponsibilities\nSupervise and support Housekeeping associates throughout daily operations.\nInspect guest rooms, suites, corridors, and assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards are consistently achieved.\nAssign daily work responsibilities and help coordinate staffing based on occupancy, arrivals, departures, and operational needs.\nMonitor room status and communicate closely with the Front Office to support timely room availability.\nCoach, train, recognize, and provide ongoing feedback to Housekeeping associates.\nConduct daily lineup meetings and communicate resort information, service expectations, safety topics, and operational priorities.\nEnsure associates follow proper cleaning procedures, safety standards, chemical-handling procedures, and Omni policies.\nRespond promptly and professionally to guest requests and service opportunities.\nReport maintenance concerns and follow up to ensure guest room deficiencies are addressed.\nMonitor linen, guest supplies, cleaning products, and equipment to help maintain appropriate inventory levels.\nAssist with lost-and-found procedures and proper documentation.\nHelp maintain productivity while ensuring quality and guest satisfaction remain top priorities.\nPromote teamwork and positive communication within Housekeeping and with other resort departments.\nSupport department leadership with special projects, deep-cleaning programs, training initiatives, and other operational needs.\nLead by example and demonstrate Omni's commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.\nPerform other duties as assigned by Housekeeping leadership.\nQualifications\nPrevious housekeeping or hotel/resort experience preferred.\nPrevious supervisory or leadership experience preferred.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality.\nExcellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to coach and motivate associates while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.\nAbility to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced operation.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a leadership team.\nBasic computer and hotel systems knowledge preferred.\nMust be able to work a flexible schedule based on resort needs, including weekends and holidays.\nMust be able to stand and walk for extended periods and perform the physical duties associated with a Housekeeping operation.\nWhy Work at Omni?\nAt Omni Hotels & Resorts, associates are at the heart of the guest experience.
