Ensure accurate completion of I-9 forms\nClearly and accurately document all associate issues on a timely basis following counseling and disciplinary procedures\nEnsure all paperwork has the appropriate signature(s) for processing\nVerify that all data on associates in the Ultipro HRIS system is correct\nConduct regular audits in Business Intelligence to ensure compliance, including:\nPTO Status, Accrual and Balances\nArrears\nNew Hire files, Ultipro profiles\nW-4 income tax (Exempt associates audited annually)\n7i compliance\nTo properly administer all aspects of the benefits program: Health, Disability and Life, Insurance, 401K Plan, and Extra Benefits Program\nAdminister and coordinate Annual Open Enrollment for benefits\nEnsure Leave of Absence Policies are adhered to.
