nightly reports. \nEfficient processing of guaranteed no show billings. \nMaintain current backup reports. \nHandling Express Check-Outs ensuring completion. \nEnsuring adherence to all systems and control procedures. \nEnsuring that third shift Night Audit checklist and responsibilities are completed. \nBalancing of daily postings and revenue \nQualifications:\nThis person must have a high propensity for customer service.\nPrevious cash handling experience required \nPrevious night audit experience strongly preferred \nPrevious full-service hotel/resort front office experience required \nAbility to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing in English with guests, management and co-workers, both in person and by telephone \nAbility to work cohesively with co-workers both within and outside of department \nAbility to think clearly, quickly and make concise decisions \nAbility to prioritize, organize and follow up \nAbility to work well under pressure, dealing with many arrivals and departures within a short period of time, as well as guest issues, requests and concerns \nAbility to handle stressful situations while maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanor. \nAbility to stand for prolonged periods of time. \nRequires working overnight shifts. \nComputer Skills (Synergy, Nucleus, Epitome, Vision, GoConcierge, Microsoft
