and verbal skills associated with this position.\nMust be able to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished, oral, or diagrammatic form.\nMust deal with problems involving several concrete variables in or from standardized situations.\nMust have strong follow-up skills.\nMaintains contact with all customers in the market area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.\nMaintains contact with all associates to ensure high levels of associate satisfaction.\nDemonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company associates.\nStrong understanding of customer and real estate market dynamics and requirements.\n\nQualifications: \nMust have current State of Florida Real Estate License\nMust be ambulatory\nAble to climb stairs\nSit or stand for long periods of time\nOccasionally push, pull or lift 25 to 40 lbs.\nMust have full range of motion of both arms and hands. \nMust be able to see and hear. \nMust have valid drivers license and reliable transportation.\nThe ability to bend, reach over-head, squat, kneel for extended periods of
