Our culture is one of quality and operational excellence fueled and supported by talented people, tools and processes, and expertise.\nTo return to the OmniOn Power website, click here. \nThis position objective is managing inventory/timing of ordering of components needed for production in order to meet customer order requirements.\nThis position reports to the Planning Manager, and it is located in Matamoros, Tamaulipas site.\nResponsibilities:\nAsMaterial Planner, you will:\nCreate Purchase Orders to Suppliers for material to support Sales.\nLead the overall fulfillment activities raw material purchasing and inventory management.\nCommunicate with planning team material delivery schedules.\nCoordinate with forwarder and logistics team to ensure material arrive on time.\nMaintain system information including AB, LA, etc. to ensure MRP is running correctly and information is communicated effectively through system.\nAd Hoc Reporting Tools development and any applicable management reports required.\nPO management include pull in, push out, cancel & escalation.\nELIGIBILTY REQUIREMENTS: OmniOn Power will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in Mexico for this opening. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.\nBasic Qualifications:\n-3-5 years' experience in Purchasing or Planning role.\n- Bachelor´s degree: Administration, Engineering, or related field.\nEnglish proficiency (both spoken and written).\nDetail Oriented, sensitive to numbers and strong analytical skills.\nExcellent sense to ERP system and computer savvy.
