Our culture is one of quality and operational excellence fueled and supported by talented people, tools and processes, and expertise.\nTo return to the OmniOn Power website, click here. \nThe ProductionBusiness Program Manager - Strategic Business is responsible for leading the plant-side execution and integration of a major new business program that will contribute with the next year business growth.\nThis position serves as the primary interface between the Manufacturing Plant and the Business Unit Leaders, ensuring that business requirements, customer commitments, product roadmaps, capacity plans, investment requirements, material strategies, and operational objectives are effectively translated into executable plant plans.\nThe Program Manager will coordinate cross-functional activities across Operations, Materials/Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, New Product Introduction (NPI), Quality, Finance, Maintenance, Facilities, and Human Resources to ensure the plant is fully prepared to support the successful launch, ramp-up, and sustained production of the new business.\nThe position is accountable for maintaining overall program alignment, identifying risks and constraints, driving cross-functional actions, and escalating issues that could impact Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Capacity, or Customer commitments.\nThis position reports to the Plant Manager and will be based in Matamoros, Tamaulipas.\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as the primary plant point of contact for the Business Unit Leaders supporting the new business.\n\nTranslate Business Unit requirements, forecasts, customer commitments, and strategic objectives into plant execution plans. translate Business Unit requirements, forecasts, customer commitments, and strategic objectives into plant execution plans.\n\nEnsure alignment between business demand and plant capacity, resources, materials, equipment, technology, and infrastructure\n\nLead cross-functional program meetings and ensure effective follow-up of action itemsand identify delays, conflicts, resource constraints, and other program risks before they impact execution.\n\nCoordinate capacity planning based on Business Unit forecasts and customer demandand lead capacity gap assessments and develop mitigation plans.\n\nCoordinate with Supply Chain and Materials teams to ensure material availability supports the business ramp, verify that supplier capacity and material lead times are aligned with the program scheduleand identifylong-lead materials and establish appropriate risk mitigation plans.\n\nCoordinate with the NPI organization to ensure new products are introduced according to Business Unit requirements, coordinate engineering builds, pilot runs, validation builds, and production ramp-up.\n\nIdentify capital requirements for equipment, tooling, facilities, automation, test equipment, and infrastructure, partner with Finance to establish and monitor program financial objectives, Track capital spending against approved budgets.\n\nELIGIBILTY REQUIREMENTS: OmniOn Power will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in Mexico for this opening.
