You will be responsible for developing innovative software solutions, operating in a Linux application environment, that enhance the reliability and efficiency of power management systems.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and maintain software applications that support OCP compliant DC power systems ensuring high performance and reliability.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and system designers, to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.\nDesign and implement RESTful APIs for effective communication between system components.\nUtilize programming languages such as Go and C/C++ to customize software capabilities.\nMonitor and analyze system performance using tools like Grafana and Prometheus, optimizing operational efficiency.\nImplement CI/CD practices and manage deployment automation using tools such as Ansible or Terraform.\nEnsure cybersecurity best practices are followed to protect data and system integrity.\nWork on embedded systems programming to enhance control and management of DC power hardware.\nEngage in research and development for cloud integration to leverage scalable solutions.\nConduct testing, debugging, and documentation of software applications to maintain high-quality standards.\nAnalyze system performance data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum 3+ years of experience in DC power systems in Open Compute Data Center Systems\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with Linux.\nProven experience in software development, preferably in the context of DC power systems or data centers.\nStrong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, MQTT).\nExperience with SQL/NoSQL databases for effective data management.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.\nPassion for innovation in power management and sustainability.\nProficiency in multiple programming languages, including Go and C/C++.\nStrong understanding of DC power systems and experience with Open Compute Project standards.\nFamiliarity with control algorithms and energy monitoring solutions.\nKnowledge of SCADA systems and their applications in monitoring and control.\nExperience with version control systems, preferably Git.\nFamiliarity with cloud services like AWS or Azure.\nFamiliarity with Python for building tools to assist in development and test.\nFamiliarity with Azure DevOps’ board feature to track project tasks.\nStrong data analysis skills to derive insights from power system performance metrics.\nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative
