You will work alongside software engineers and system administrators to build new capabilities, troubleshoot production issues, and improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.\nLocation: Laurel, MD\nSchedule: Full-Time, Onsite\nClearance Required: Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph\nResponsibilities\nDevelop, test, maintain, and enhance enterprise software applications supporting Human Resources operations.\nProvide production support for mission-critical applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.\nDesign and implement software enhancements that improve system reliability, performance, and maintainability.\nDevelop and consume RESTful APIs to support application integration.\nCollaborate with software developers, system engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.\nParticipate in Agile software development activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, code reviews, and testing.\nMaintain Linux development and production environments.\nDevelop automated integration and unit testing solutions to improve software quality.\nAssist with application deployments, upgrades, and operational sustainment.\nResearch and implement new technologies that improve development efficiency and customer capabilities.\nContinuously expand technical skills while contributing to mission-critical software development efforts.\nRequired Qualifications\nActive TS/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.\nBachelor's degree in a technical discipline and at least 6 years of software development experience.
