You’ll join the Message Orchestration team - the team helping ecommerce businesses plan, target, and deliver marketing messages across channels without overwhelming either their customers or themselves.\nWhether it’s a one-time campaign or an advanced automated flow, the Message Orchestration team helps merchants send the right message to the right audience at the right time - making sophisticated marketing feel intuitive and manageable.\nThe Message Orchestration team is responsible for:\nCampaigns - Helping merchants create, schedule, and optimize multichannel campaigns. From A/B testing and send-time optimization to omnichannel messaging, the Message Orchestration team builds tools that help ecommerce businesses drive measurable results with less effort.\nAutomations - Enabling customers to create flexible automated flows that reach their audience when it matters most.
