In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices and payments, maintaining accurate vendor records, and supporting month-end closing activities to ensure timely and efficient financial operations. You will work closely with internal departments and external vendors to resolve payment inquiries, reconcile accounts, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses strong attention to detail and communication skills, and is committed to maintaining accuracy while working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.\nResponsibilities\nWhat You Will Do\nPayment Processing (85%)\nProcess payments in accordance with established payment procedures.\nMatch vouchers with invoices and verify appropriate approval for expenditures.\nCode expenses to the correct accounts and cost centers.\nProcess checks on a weekly basis and maintain Accounts Payable ledgers.\nVendor Account Maintenance (5%)\nResearch vendor inquiries and respond in a timely manner.\nReconcile monthly statements and transactions.\nEnsure proper documentation and approval for account setup.\nMonth-End Closing Assistance (10%)\nAssist with month-end closing tasks and any other job duties as needed\nAbide by the employee handbook and commit to safety through actions and behaviors.\nMaintain regular and timely attendance.\nQualifications\nWhat We Look For\nPrevious accounts payable experience.\nBasic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.\nFamiliarity with accounting software and online platforms.\nUnderstanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\nStrong interpersonal and communication abilities.\nDetail-oriented with
