This position requires a self-motivated individual who is a team player, with a strong willingness to learn new skills and contribute positively to the team’s success.\nResponsibilities\nWhat You Will Do\n Inspect and repair basic engine components.\n Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical issues.\n Change tires, make brake adjustments, and fix lights.\n Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on trucks and trailers.\n Maintain complete and accurate maintenance documentation.\n Operate forklift and drive truck and trailer when necessary.\n Follow good housekeeping standards in all areas of work.\n Perform welding and fabrication as needed.\n Make recommendations for process system improvements.\n Adhere to industrial safety standards and OSHA guidelines.\n Complete all other tasks as assigned.\nQualifications\nWhat We Look For\nMinimum of 2 years of experience as Class 8 transport mechanic or a related field.\nGeneral knowledge of DOT truck maintenance requirements.\nClear understanding and adherence to safety regulations.\nAbility to work in all types of weather conditions.\nAbility to lift 50 lbs. or more consistently.\nAbility to read schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nMust have strong welding and fabrication skills.\nHighly self-motivated and able to work independently.\nA dedicated team player who contributes to the overall success of the organization.\nNice To Have:\nClass A Commercial Driver License\nSchedule:\nTypical work schedule is Sunday - Thursday from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.\nWhat We Offer\nAverage Total Compensation $66,000-73,000 including annual bonus, based on skills and experience. \nWeekly Incentive Bonus Opportunities\nFull Medical, Dental, and Prescription Insurance Plans\nHealth Savings Account (HSA) with Annual Company Contribution\nAnnual Bonus (Profit-Sharing)\n401(k) Plan with Company Match up to 50%\nAnnual Stock Award ($2,200 every November)\nEmployee Stock Purchase Plan with 15% Company Match\nPaid Vacation\n10 Paid Holidays\nCompany-paid Uniforms\n…and many more!\nAre you passionate about environmental stewardship and eager to make a difference?
