As our Maintenance Supervisor, your primary focus is improved safety, process/reliability improvement, and reduction of maintenance costs.\nWhat We Offer:\nBase salary + production bonus\nComprehensive medical benefits\n401k with company match\nProfit sharing and company stock options\nCollege/higher education tuition reimbursement plan (for employee and dependent children)\nResponsibilities\nTracks abnormally high maintenance cost assets and determines ways to reduce associated losses and/or high costs, prioritizing efforts on the largest/most critical opportunities.\nPerforms root cause analysis and facilitates implementation.\nDevelop standard work procedures for maintenance department, including preventive maintenance, repairs and setup of equipment, and trains others to perform these activities.\nHelp develop design and installation specifications and commissioning plans for new equipment.
