This includes requiring people to check out, clean, inspect and report any problems with the equipment on a routine basis.\nMonitors employee training, while suggesting needed changes to workers, and work procedures as needed.\nInvolved in Lean initiative that affect production methods, equipment performance, and quality of products.\nSupervise and Motivate employees to achieve maintenance goals.\nResponsible for plant personnel safety, and compliance with company policy.
