You will empower your team to focus on engineering excellence, enabling them to build resilient, scalable services critical to our customers’ success.\nWhat you'll do:\nManage and support a team of site reliability engineers, focusing on technical guidance, mentoring, and career development.\n\nParticipate in hands-on technical problem solving, design reviews, and architecture discussions to improve system reliability and deployment automation.\n\nCollaborate with engineering teams to design scalable solutions, troubleshoot issues, and reduce operational toil through automation.\n\nDrive improvements in CI/CD processes, configuration management, and cloud-native infrastructure reliability.\n\nDefine, track, and deliver against team-level SLOs for automation, deployments, and service reliability.\n\nFoster a collaborative and learning-focused environment while encouraging engineering best practices and continuous improvement.\n\nBalance project priorities and timelines, ensuring technical initiatives are executed effectively and delivered on time.\n\nWhat will you bring to Omnissa?\nAt least 10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years in technical leadership.\n\n5+ years of experience working with customer-facing SaaS services.\n\n5+ years of experience managing AWS (or similar) infrastructure at global scale.\n\nStrong development background in Python, Ruby, or a similar language.\n\nExperience maintaining infrastructure as code and configuration management (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Chef).\n\nExperience managing teams and delivering software solutions from design through deployment.\n\nProficiency in DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD processes.\n\nExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.\n\nLocation: Atlanta, GA or Mountain View, CA\nLocation Type: Hybrid - This role requires working 3 days a week in our local Omnissa office, with flexibility to work remotely for the remaining days. You must reside within reasonable commuting distance of the office location.\nCompensation: The typical base salary for this role is between $134,400.00 - $280,00.00 per year and it may be eligible for participation in a corporate bonus program.
