Omnissa has the energy of a new company with the advantage of market-leading products and an established customer base.\nYou’ll be responsible for executing the product strategy for an ever-improving user experience for Horizon users. The role requires strong analytical skills, data analysis and usability experience. You will combine these skills to create a shared vision for Horizon remote experience.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nDeliver a friction-free end user experience for Horizon users\nWork directly with customers and partners to understand their issues and address with product enhancements; leverage customer feedback as a key component of product planning \nAnalyze and evaluate complementary and competitive products, technologies, and solutions\nManage the product development process from inception to product delivery, using AI tools to compliment your workflow; write requirements, provide detailed customer use cases and UI mockups, install daily builds, work with engineering, and ship the product in multiple languages \nWork with the UX team to gather data and improve user flows \nFollow peripheral trends in the market, including devices and connectivity options\nWork closely with business development, product marketing, and ecosystem engineering to ensure product readiness at worldwide at launch\nWrite Reviewer’s Guides, White Papers, Blogs, Competitive Analysis and other technically-focused product marketing documents \nCollaborate with marketing, sales and partners to drive revenue opportunities\nQualifications/Requirements:\n6+ years product management experience\nAnalytical and strategic thinking skills and a track record of translating ideas into successful products\nStrong understanding of end user software (Windows or Linux OS experience) for desktop and mobile \nExperience in product management or product marketing experience with a software company \nAbility to work with business development, product marketing, program management, support, and engineering to drive successful product releases\nExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Public speaking experience and comfort.\nExperience with AI tools for creating requirements, mock and doing research \nKnowledge of video codecs, computer peripherals and/or networking a plus \nA strong technical background, preferably with end user focused products; BS/BA degree or equivalent technical experience\nDemonstrate credibility with customers, partners, field sales and cross functional stakeholders\nSuperior time project and prioritization skills\nSome travel will be required\nLocation: Mountain View, CA\nLocation Type: hybrid\nTravel Expectations: None \nEducation: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.\nCompensation: The typical base salary for this role is between USD $184,950- $270,000 per year and it may be eligible for participation in a corporate bonus program. Actual compensation offer may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, or other relevant factors.
