This role will partner closely with enterprise account teams to drive technical strategy, solution design, and customer outcomes across some of the region's largest and most strategic organisations, with a particular focus on Financial Services alongside broader enterprise customers.\nAs a trusted technical advisor, you will engage with CIOs, CISOs, Digital Workplace leaders, Infrastructure teams, and Enterprise Architects to help customers modernise, secure, and optimise their digital employee experience.\nWhat you’ll do\nAct as the technical lead for strategic enterprise opportunities across ANZ.\nBuild relationships, evangelizing Omnissa solutions, and provide domain expertise to assist in closing business \nDeliver customer discovery workshops and identify business and technical challenges.\nDesign and present solutions across Digital Workspace, Endpoint Management, Virtual Desktops, Digital Employee Experience, and Zero Trust Security.\nDevelop business cases and articulate business value and outcomes to both technical and executive stakeholders.\nLead technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, RFP/RFI responses and architectural discussions.\nCollaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Partners, and Product teams to drive customer success and growth opportunities.\nDevelop industry-specific points of view and solution strategies, particularly within Financial Services and other highly regulated industries.\nWhat you’ll bring\nA minimum 10+ years of Technical pre-sales and/or consulting experience or equivalent industry experience \nConsultative discovery and value-selling capability to identify strategic transformation opportunities rather than tactical refresh projects.\nStrong presentation skills as well as the ability to build and present high-quality product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences \nStrong security and compliance knowledge, particularly around Zero Trust and APRA requirements.\nFamiliarity with IRAP, Essential Eight, and government security frameworks.\nStrong listening, reasoning and objection handling skills \nYou are effective in working both independently and in a team setting\nYou are a self-starter, have strong interpersonal skills along with excellent time management \nStrong background in Desktop Virtualization: VMware vSphere, Omnissa Horizon, Citrix;
