technical insights.\nDrive improvements in DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD processes that enable the team to work more efficiently.\nDrive API excellence with well-thought-out opinions on API design (e. g., onboarding processes and familiarize yourself with Omnissa's standard operating procedures.\nDevelop a solid understanding of the Intelligence platform architecture.\nMake meaningful code contributions.\n3-6 Months:\nDevelop deep subject matter expertise in one or more areas of the platform, such as data ingestion, storage, machine learning, or data retrieval.\nAcquire in-depth knowledge of your assigned product area, including the technology stack, codebase, and release lifecycle.\n6-12 Months:\nDesign and implement high-performing components of the platform.\nEstablish a reputation of leadership within the team and demonstrate influence within your area of expertise.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to help them utilize the capabilities of Intelligence effectively.\nRequirements:\n6+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong technical foundation in architecting and designing cloud services.\nProficiency in Java and the Spring Framework.\nExperience with microservice architectures and high-performance, high-scale systems.\nExperience with cloud services, preferably AWS (EC2 S3 Lambda, DynamoDB, Redshift, RDS, and more).\nExcellent problem-solving abilities, technical leadership, and a proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement.\nProficiency in DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD processes.\nFamiliarity with development tools such as Git, Jira, and Jenkins.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional
