If you're ready to make an impact and help shape the future of work, we’d love to hear from you!\nKey Responsibilities:\nArchitect and design enterprise software or cloud services using C++\nLeverage understanding of Windows/Linux internals and C++ programming to develop\nhigh-performance, scalable systems.\nLead the design and development of critical architectural components, including AI and\nML integration.\nDrive engineering initiatives for intelligent virtual desktops and applications.\nParticipate in all phases of software development, including requirements, design, coding,\ntesting, debugging, and performance tuning.\nImplement and improve processes around DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD.\nUse development tools like Git, Perforce, JIRA, and Jenkins.\nRespond to customer and product escalations and help prioritize engineering work.\nTrain and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and direction.\nFoster a culture of high ownership, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.\nQualifications:\n7+ years of experience in software engineering.\nStrong foundation in architecting and designing enterprise software or cloud services\nusing C++\nProfound understanding of Windows/Linux internals and C++ programming.\nExperience with software architecture and high-performance, scalable systems.\nAbility to debug complex problems and analyze stack traces from crash dumps.\nProficiency in DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD processes.\nFamiliarity with development tools such as Git, Perforce, JIRA, and Jenkins.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional\nteams.\nLocation: Chennai/Bangalore\nLocation Type: HYBRID. This role offers a balanced arrangement, with the expectation of working 3 days a week in our local office and the flexibility to work from home for the remaining days.
