The role focuses on transforming raw data into meaningful insights through dashboards, reports, KPIs, trends, and analytical recommendations.\nThe Data Specialist will work closely with Technology, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Commercial, and other Business Departments to ensure accurate, timely, and useful data reporting.\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities\nData Analysis & Reporting\nCollects, cleans, validates, consolidates, and analyzes data from different systems and databases\nPrepares daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for management and business stakeholders\nIdentifies trends, patterns, gaps, and anomalies in business and operational data\nTranslates data findings into clear insights and recommendations\nAnalyzes and constructs Data Lakes and Data Warehouses including the use of AI tools\nDashboard & KPI Development\nBuilds and maintains dashboards using tools such as Power BI, SSRS, Excel, or similar reporting platforms\nDevelops and validates KPIs to monitor business performance, system usage, service performance, and operational efficiency\nEnsures dashboards are accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with management needs\nAutomates recurring reports where possible to reduce manual effort\nData Quality & Validation\nValidates data accuracy across different systems and reports\nInvestigates data inconsistencies and coordinates with relevant teams to resolve them\nSupports data governance by ensuring proper definitions, calculations, and reporting logic\nMaintains clear documentation of data sources, formulas, and report structures\nSupports the implementation of new analytics tools, methodologies, and technologies\nBusiness & Technology Support\nWorks with Business Departments to understand reporting needs and translate them into data requirements\nSupports Technology teams by providing analysis related to application usage, incidents, services, transactions, and system performance\nAssists in measuring the success of new services, products, features, and digital initiatives\nProvides analytical support for projects, audits, regulatory reports, and management presentations\nContinuous Improvement\nRecommends improvements to existing reports, dashboards, and data processes\nIdentifies opportunities for automation, optimization, consolidation, and better data visualization\nStays updated on data analysis tools, reporting techniques, and dashboard best practices\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science or a related field\nTechnical Skills:\nMicrosoft Excel -
