update policies to reflect changes in legislation and best practices\nStrategic HR Projects\nDrive the execution and handle implementation of strategic HR projects, such as employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, rewards & recognition, organizational development, learning, etc…\nDrive the implementation and go-live of HCM solution, digitization of HR processes and metrics\nRecruitment & Learning\nTake ownership of the recruitment process for senior and leadership positions from job requisition to onboarding\nCollaborate with Direct Manager to define job specifications, identify talent requirements, and develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles and top-tier talent attraction\nManage OMT’s workforce planning and analytics\nLead probation period assessment meetings for new recruits and follows-up continuously on their performance\nMeet with recruiting team for continuous recruitment discussions, feedback sharing, brainstorming on improvements and new initiatives\nMaintain positive relationships with new hires and keep checking their feedback and onboarding experience\nLead the learning and development initiatives and function\nAnalysis & Reporting\nManage budget & forecast, prepareand analyse numbers and figures\nDevelop and maintain HR reports, metrics, and KPIs to track progress and ensure HR activities are aligned with organizational objectives\nSubmit monthly & yearly reports and measure performance and results\nPeople Development\nLead team members in terms of tasks execution, delegation and staff empowerment, effective guidance, motivation and coaching, performance management and career development\nProvide guidance and support in HR operations and project execution\nFoster a collaborative team environment focused on continuous learning and improvement\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nQualifications\nUniversity degree in business administration, human resources or equivalent in major\nSHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or any HR -related certification is preferable\nMBA or Master’s s in HR or HR Analytics is preferable\nTechnical Skills\nFully proficient in English and Arabic, French is a plus\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and in HRIS/HCM solutions (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc..)\nAbility to manage multiple HR projects simultaneously and meet deadlines\nKnowledge of employment laws and regulations\nExcellent verbal & written communication skills\nExpertise in senior-level recruitment processes, talent management, performance management, and HR project implementation\nStrong competency in conducting structured interviews\nDemonstrated experience in candidates’ sourcing and headhunting\nTech-Savvy with a digital mindset\nRelevant experience:\n7 to 9 years in Human Resources Management including 3 years in a leadership role, with experience in managing HR operations and leading strategic HR projects\nKey Behavioral Competencies\nStrong leadership and team management abilities\nHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality;
