alerts.\nThe position supports enterprise applications, while assisting with monitoring, troubleshooting, ticket management, and operational activities.\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities\nApplication Support\nProvides first and second-level support for business applications and end user\nTroubleshoots and resolves application issues, escalating when required\nAssists with application testing, deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities\nMonitors application performance and availability\nMaintains support documentation and knowledge base articles\nIT Operations & Monitoring\nMonitors applications, servers, and services using monitoring tools\nResponds to alerts and performs initial troubleshooting\nEscalates incidents to appropriate teams and follows through to resolution\nMonitors scheduled jobs, integrations, and routine operational tasks\nSupports system health checks and operational reporting activities\nService Desk & ITSM\nManages incidents and service requests\nEnsures timely updates and communication with users\nFollows ITSM processes for Incident, Request, and Problem Management\nAssists in maintaining service levels and operational procedures\nDatabase & Technical Support\nAssists with Microsoft SQL Server troubleshooting and data validation\nExecutes basic SQL queries for support and analysis purposes\nSupports integrations and interfaces between business applications\nWorks closely with application owners, vendors, and technical teams to resolve issues\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nTechnical Skills:\nGood knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and SQL queries\nExperience in ticketing systems is preferred\nExposure to monitoring tools is a plus\nStrong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills\nAbility to learn quickly and work effectively within a team environment\nRelevant Experience:\n4+ years of experience in Application Support, Service Desk, IT Operations, or a similar role\nKey Behavioral Competencies\nExtremely organized with great attention
