Works closely with different departments to assess and monitor risks, develop control measures, and support compliance with internal and external regulations, including Banque du Liban requirements.\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities\nIdentifies, evaluates, and monitors operational, financial, and governance risks across the organization, including fraud and third-party risks related to agents and vendors, and tracks key risk indicators (KRIs)\nConducts risk assessments for key business processes, new initiatives, and operational changes, including risk control self-assessments (RCSAs)\nDevelops and monitors risk control measures with process owners ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements\nCollaborates with cross-departmental teams to create and maintain risk registers, outlining potential risks, mitigation strategies, and associated control measures\nSupports the development of the enterprise risk management framework, including the risk appetite and risk policies, and monitors governance controls such as segregation of duties and delegation of authority\nPerforms quantitative and qualitative risk analyses and prepares risk reports and dashboards for senior management and Board-level committees, highlighting key risks, trends, and recommended actions\nSupports incident reporting and root cause analysis, ensuring appropriate remediation and tracking of corrective actions\nAssists with internal and external audits and regulatory compliance assessments as needed, and follows up on findings until closure\nWorks with business units to integrate risk management into business processes and promote a strong risk culture across the organization\nStays up-to-date on industry best practices, regulatory changes (including Banque du Liban circulars), and emerging risks to recommend appropriate changes to internal risk management policies and procedures\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nQualifications:\nUniversity degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field\nA professional certification, such as FRM, PRM, or CIA, or progress toward one, is a plus\nAdvanced English, written and spoken; moderate in Arabic; French is a plus\nTechnical Skills:\nDemonstrated experience in operational or financial risk analysis, enterprise risk management, compliance, audit, or a related role, preferably in banking, payments, or financial services\nSolid understanding of risk assessment methodologies, operational controls, and enterprise risk management frameworks (e.g., COSO ERM, ISO 31000)\nAdvanced Excel skills and proficiency in risk management software and tools;
