Analyse the main types of contractual agreements that can be made between customers and suppliers and identify the circumstances for each to be used;\nCreate selection and award criteria appropriate to the procurement;\nEvaluate submitted quotations or tenders on the basis of objective criteria using any agreed weightings and scoring process;\nAnalyse the use of reverse auctions in the sourcing process and advise suppliers and other stakeholders on their use;\nApply value for money criteria to the procurement of goods and services in sourcing processes and performance measurement taking account of market trends;\nManage contracts within the category including enforcement, leakage identification and claim resolution.
