To contribute to global change by being here.\n\nThe best thing about tomorrow is that you can create it.\nYour tasks\nManage and maintain purchasing, sales, and intercompany contracts in SAP and related systems for renewable and conventional products, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with business requirements. \nCreate and maintain logistics and commercial master data, including contract positions, pricing conditions, transportation services, and product movement registrations across multiple supply chains and logistics modes. \nAct as subject matter expert for supply, sales & logistics transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of deliveries, goods movements, loading and unloading bookings, shipment confirmations, and associated documentation within SAP. \nOwn check between contractual agreements, market quotations, SAP conditions, and invoicing prices; monitor and resolve discrepancies proactively.\nReview, validate, and manage invoices, credit notes, corrections, cancellations, and settlement processes while ensuring accurate financial postings and compliance with internal controls.\nPerform testing activities for new business models, products, commercial structures, and system enhancements, including VAT determination, process validation, user acceptance testing, and implementation support in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.\nIdentify operational risks, process inefficiencies, and data inconsistencies; develop and implement improvement initiatives that increase automation, standardization, and process excellence across logistics and back-office operations\nEnsure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, customs and tax regulations, company policies, internal controls, and the OMV Group Management System (OGMS) within the area of responsibility.\nYour profile\nUniversity degree Min Bc. - Economics/Technical.\nMin 3- 5 years of relevant professional experience.\nUnderstanding of logistics, supply chain and commercial processes. \nKnowledge of invoicing, reconciliation and operational accounting principles. \nAnalytical and problem-solving capabilities\nExperience with system testing and process improvement initiatives welcomed. \nComputer literacy: excellent MS Office skills - excell, SAP.\nHigh attention to detail and quality orientation. \nStrong organizational and coordination capabilities. \nContinuous improvement mindset.\nLanguages: fluency in Slovak, English B2/C1 & German B2/C1\nUnlock your potential.
