We strongly believe each end every IT employee makes a difference in that respect.\nYour tasks\nAs a Project Manager IT, you will lead and coordinate IT projects, programs, and strategic initiatives across Global Solutions and Borealis Group/Borouge International. You will be responsible for planning, prioritizing, and delivering projects on time and within scope, while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role also drives the continuous improvement and harmonization of IT applications, processes, services, and ways of working.\nResponsible for designing, structuring, planning, coordinating and implementing defined projects in time, scope and budget, incl. timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.\nManages the project process stakeholders, consults them and make them familiar with the necessary Company, Industry and International standards, specifications and Best Practices. Continuously analyses and evaluates changing customer requirements/business needs and proactively proposes process improvement opportunities and necessities\nManages the decision processes (e.g. STC, Tollgates incl. preparations) by ensuring process compliance, project presentation quality, PM standard requirements considering the needed information from the involved parties.\nProvides the interface and maintains a close and effective relationship with other stakeholders to the project.\nEnsure the right communication and improve Project/Program status reporting, according to internal rules and KPIs.\nLeads sourcing strategy and implementation for complex and large projects in alignment with procurement, legal and vendor management.\nContributes to setting project evaluation KPI´s and works closely with key stakeholders to monitor progress and utilize lessons learned.\nLeads a team of specialists, professionals or experts to implement project tasks. Works closely with the project sponsor / client at a tactical level.\nRegularly reports project progress to senior management and/or the sponsor/client. Ensures that relevant systems are maintained and contributes to improving/developing systems.\nIdentifies the risks, analyzes them and identifies the solutions for their reduction /removal.\nYour skills\nUniversity degree Bachelor in IT / Project Management / Agile Project Management\nRelevant professional experience: >7 years\nExtensive experience in project/program management experience, ideally with multidisciplinary teams, preferably in international environment.\nPreferably with experience in SAP project management.\nVery good understanding of application implementation and maintenance processes, concepts, risks and KPI’s.\nAdvanced knowledge and skills regarding different project management methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile etc.).\nAdvanced communication, negotiation and interaction skills, strong decision taker and promoter of management decisions, good presentation skills.\nChange Management knowledge.\nExcellent Stakeholder Management.\nAbility to prioritize multiple team's tasks and organize in order to obtain the expected results in due time. \nEnglish knowledge - advanced level.\nLocation\nBucharest\nWhat OMV Petrom can offer\nLong weekend plans are always welcome - on Friday, our office hours end at 14.00.\nYou can rely on a health insurance that covers medical treatment in a variety of private medical clinics.\nYou can work from home, if the work activity allows.\nThe number of your days off increase according to your work experience so that you'll enjoy more free time.\nWe aim to make your vacation days happier, by paying each vacation day double.\nAre you a top performer?
