commercialization, contract management, and long-term growth initiatives\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related discipline.\nExperience\nMinimum 8-15 years of experience in flame retardants, polymer, compounds, plastic, or related industries.\nExperience working with principals, compounders, OEMs, distributors, and converters in the flame retardants value chain.\nKnowledge and skills\nStrong technical knowledge of flame retardant formulation and application development across various polymer systems, including Polyolefins (PE, PP), EVA, XLPE, PVC, Engineering Plastics (PA, PBT, PET, PC/ABS), TPE, Rubber, and Coatings, with the ability to optimize fire performance, mechanical properties, processability, cost, and regulatory compliance.\nOther requirements\nStrong techno-commercial capability to develop and commercialize application-specific flame-retardant solutions, leveraging market insights, customer requirements, and product management expertise to drive innovation, business development, portfolio growth, and profitable market expansion across Asia Pacific.\nPerformance
