over 140 years of industry leadership\nWhat You'll Do\nTroubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.\nMaintain and optimize production equipment to minimize downtime.\nRead and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and mechanical drawings.\nPerform equipment inspections, rebuilds, retrofits, and preventive maintenance.\nSupport process instrumentation, drives, and control systems.\nDocument maintenance activities and maintain accurate records.\nTrain and support team members on equipment operation and safety procedures.\nFollow all plant safety and environmental standards.\nRequired Qualifications\nAssociate Degree in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent industrial maintenance experience.\nStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.\nExperience with industrial equipment, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and process controls.\nAbility to read electrical and mechanical schematics.\nStrong computer and documentation skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\n4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.\nWelding, pipefitting, millwright, or fabrication experience.\nExperience with instrumentation, VFDs, and manufacturing process equipment.\nWork Environment\nManufacturing plant environment.\nFrequent walking, climbing, lifting, and equipment repair activities.\nOccasional lifting up to 100
