to internal controls\n\nCoordinate and support external auditors during the annual audit process\n\nEnsure full compliance with local statutory rules and regulations\n\nJOBREQUIREMENTS\nEducation\nBachelorDegree in Accounting or Business Administration.\n\nProfessional accountancy certification desired (e.g.ACCA/ CIMA/ CPA).\n\nExperience\n10to 12years of relevant finance and accounting experience or in controlling.\n\nKnowledge and skills\nStrong understanding of end-to-end business processes\n\nSolid IT capabilities including SAP, spreadsheets, and automated accounting systems\n\nExperience in transformation projects, shared services, or operating model changes is preferred\n\nStrong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to connect the dots\n\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy\n\nAbility to handle complex issues and resolve urgent matters under pressure\n\nTakes full ownership and accountability for achieving targets and objectives\n\nAbility to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a dynamic environment\n\nProven ability to work independently with high levelof reliability\n\nStrong
