Development, and R&D teams worldwide.\n\nDevelop and maintain engineering standards, best practices, and process documentation.\n\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and plant teams.\n\nContribute to sustainability initiatives through improved resource utilization, water management, energy efficiency, and process reliability.\n\nTECHNICAL EXPERTISE\nExperience in one or more of the following areas:\nPrecipitation and mineralization processes\n\nSlurry preparation and handling systems\n\nMedia stirred mills and wet grinding technologies\n\nFlotation, filtration, thickening, and dewatering\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Minerals Processing, Chemistry, or a related technical field.\n\n5+ years of experience in chemical processing, mineral processing, industrial manufacturing, or related industries.\n\nStrong understanding of wet processing operations and process scale-up.\n\nExperience supporting CAPEX projects and commissioning activities.\n\nExperience with advanced data analytics, digital process monitoring, process modelling, machine learning applications, simulation software, or advanced process control is highly desirable.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nFluent in English.\n\nWillingness to travel internationally (approximately
