instructions.\nDocument and update standard operating procedures and control matrices to reflect process changes and lessons learned.\nPropose pragmatic changes to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy and shorten cycle times; support business case and benefit tracking.\nCoach peers on new processes and tool usage to ensure consistent adoption and minimal disruption.\nPrepares and deploys related training to ensure fast and smooth onboarding of new participants, together with other OS&S process teams and/or local finance teams, where appropriate\nProcess Execution and Control Management\nEnsure accuracy of treasury accounting entries related to netting and intercompany settlements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP and company policies.\nPerform reconciliations between netting outputs, general ledger balances and bank statements; investigate and resolve variances.\nValidate master data used for netting and intercompany postings, escalating discrepancies and driving corrective updates.\nEnsure timely submission and settlement of netting runs, and the resolution of open items and aged exceptions through effective coordination with Accounting, Treasury, and Shared Services partners\nMaintain and test key controls around netting cycles, settlement flows and accounting postings to support compliance and audits.\nStakeholder Management and Communication\nCoordinate with Treasury, Intercompany Accounting, Shared Services and Financial Controllers to resolve complex issues and align on reconciliations.\nServe as primary SME contact for internal stakeholders on netting rules, settlement timing and accounting treatment.\nWork with IT and system support teams to triage system incidents and to prioritize fixes impacting netting operations.\nProvide clear, timely communication to stakeholders on status of escalations, corrective actions and process changes.\nSupport external audit requests and ad-hoc queries related to netting and intercompany settlements.\nEducation\nUniversity degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field\nExperience\n3-5 years of experience in treasury operations, netting, intercompany settlements, or related financial operations\nExperience working with treasury and accounting systems (e.g., SAP FI, Coupa Treasury, netting tools) and performing reconciliations\nExperience performing root-cause analysis and supporting system/process improvement initiatives\nKnowledge and skills\nStrong expertise in netting processes, intercompany settlements and treasury accounting principles\nSolid understanding of accounting standards relevant to treasury transactions (IFRS/GAAP)\nStrong expertise with SAP FI and treasury-related modules or comparable treasury systems\nSolid understanding of internal controls and compliance requirements for treasury and accounting activities\nExcellent communication skills and ability to act as an SME with stakeholders\nAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving and process-orientation skills\nOther requirements\nVery good command of English, both oral and written\nAdditional language(s) beneficial
