Founded in 1884 in Switzerland, Omya has a global presence extending to more than 160 locations in over 50 countries with 9,000 employees.\nMAIN RESPONSABILITIES:\nCoordination and collaboration of monthly closing tasks, leading the activities concerning the closing\n\nResponsible for the general ledger accounts and its journal entries, including accruals, provisions, and prepayments, balance sheet reclassifications and revaluations, VAT offset, Profit & Loss / Balance Sheet review prior to the production of the monthly financial accounts;\n\nIntercompany accounting;\n\nAsset accounting (depreciations) and lease accounting\n\nResponsible for preparing and maintaining the supporting documentation concerning the Balance Sheet reconciliations;\n\nCash Reporting.
