ON’s patented AI UPS™ is a medium-voltage UPS that serves as a firewall, protecting the data center from the grid, and the grid from the data center. With multiple gigawatts currently under construction, we are enabling grid-safe data centers. \nON.energy is seeking a PMO Reporting Analyst to support our Product and Program Management organization. ON.energy builds integrated power systems (battery storage, UPS, and energy management controls) that sit between data centers and the grid, and we are growing fast. This role owns the setup, structure, and reporting of our work in Azure DevOps (ADO). For the first six months and beyond, the focus is hands-on: building and cross-linking boards across product and program teams, then turning that data into clear dashboards and reports that program and product leadership use to plan and make decisions. The ideal candidate enjoys bringing order to messy data, is comfortable configuring tools themselves, and can explain what the numbers mean to engineers and executives alike. This is a remote role.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nAzure DevOps Board Setup and Cross-Linking\nDesign and configure ADO boards, area paths, and iteration paths for product and program teams, aligned to our 6-week planning cycles.\nEstablish a consistent work item hierarchy (epics, features, and stories or tasks) and enforce it across teams.\nCross-link work across boards using parent/child, predecessor/successor, and related links so dependencies between product, hardware, software, controls, and operations teams are visible in one place.\nCustomize work item types, fields, states, and templates as needed, and document the standards so teams can follow them.\nReporting and Dashboards\nBuild shared ADO queries and dashboards that give program and product leadership a single view of progress, dependencies, and risks across teams.\nDevelop and maintain Power BI reports connected to ADO data (e.g., via Analytics views or OData) for portfolio, program, and cycle-level reporting.\nProduce regular status reports for each 6-week cycle that connect team-level progress to program milestones and roadmap commitments.\nRespond to ad hoc reporting requests from leadership, and turn recurring requests into self-serve dashboards.\nIntake, Data Hygiene, and Traceability\nOwn the intake of requests raised into the Product and Program Management organization from engineering, operations, sales, field service, and customers, and make sure each one is captured as a properly structured work item.\nKeep ADO data accurate and complete: no duplicates, orphaned items, missing links, or stale statuses.\nMaintain clear traceability from each originating request through to the backlog item, program milestone, and delivery that addresses it.\nRun regular data quality checks and work with team leads to close gaps.\nProgram Support\nSupport program managers in preparing for 6-week cycle planning and reviews, providing the data and views they need.\nHelp maintain milestone schedules and RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) logs in ADO.\nTrain product and program managers on using the boards, queries, and dashboards, and gather feedback to improve them.\nIdentify process improvements as the organization matures its planning and delivery practices.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n2-5 years of experience in a PMO, project coordination, reporting, or business analyst role supporting technical or engineering teams.\nHands-on experience configuring Azure DevOps Boards: area and iteration paths, work item hierarchies, links, and board settings. Comparable admin experience in Jira will be considered if you can show how it translates.\nStrong skill building ADO queries (including tree and direct-link queries) and dashboards.\nExperience building reports and dashboards in Power BI or a similar BI tool.\nStrong Excel skills and a careful, detail-oriented approach to data quality.\nAbility to work with program managers, engineers, and leadership to understand what they need to see, and to present data clearly and concisely.\nSelf-directed and comfortable working remotely in a fast-growing company where processes are still being built.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAzure DevOps administration experience, including process customization (inherited process templates, custom fields and work item types).\nExperience connecting Power BI to Azure DevOps through Analytics views or OData feeds.\nFamiliarity with agile, Scrum, or Kanban concepts, as the organization may adopt these practices over time.\nExposure to hardware, energy, manufacturing, or other engineering-driven environments.\nExperience with SQL, Power Query, or DAX.\nFluency in Spanish is a strong plus.\nFor US-based roles - What you’ll get:\nCompetitive salary + annual performance-based bonus eligibility\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\n401(k) with company match\nPaid time off and company holidays \nFor Mexico-based roles - What you’ll get:\nCompetitive salary + annual performance bonus eligibility\nChristmas Bonus (Aguinaldo): 30 days\nMajor medical expenses and life insurance\nPaid time off and holidays (per local policy)\nFor all roles:\nProfessional development and growth opportunities\nOpportunity to grow with a mission-driven team shaping the future of clean energy\nEqual Opportunity: ON.energy is committed to equal employment opportunity and to maintaining a work environment free of harassment, discrimination, or retaliation.\nBenefits vary by role and location and are subject to change.\nAgency Notice: ON.energy does not accept unsolicited resumes from staffing agencies, search firms, or third-party recruiters. Resumes submitted without a fully executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and a written request from an authorized member of our Talent Acquisition team will be considered the property of ON.energy. No placement fees or compensation will be paid for unsolicited candidate submissions.","description_format":"text","description_chars":5952,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":2,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"Spanish","level":"Advanced (C1)","optional":true}]},"benefits":["Growth opportunities","Life insurance","Professional development","Vision insurance"],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"United States","iso":"US","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Energy Storage","Power Grid","Power Supplies & Power Electronics"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-14T20:09:32Z"},{"event":"close","at":"2026-10-16T15:04:58Z"},{"event":"reopen","at":"2026-10-29T22:59:33Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":90,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.895,"p_room":1,"age_days":21,"expected_fill_days":69,"reasons":["conf:1","velocity","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-11-05T05:54:30Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/on-energy-scrum-master-hardware-product-manager","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/on-energy-scrum-master-hardware-product-manager.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-11-05T20:13:36Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":27350,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-11-06T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":2116613},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=2116613"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fon-energy-scrum-master-hardware-product-manager"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fon-energy-scrum-master-hardware-product-manager"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fon-energy-scrum-master-hardware-product-manager"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/on-energy-scrum-master-hardware-product-manager\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fon-energy-scrum-master-hardware-product-manager"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":2559255}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"on.energy","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":2559255},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
