closing processes in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupervise daily general ledger activities and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.\nReview journal entries, accruals, prepayments, provisions, and account reconciliations.\nManage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes within established deadlines.\nPrepare and review trial balances, balance sheets, and income statement schedules.\nReconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies or unusual balances.\nEnsure proper accounting treatment of inventory, cost of goods sold (COGS), fixed assets, and operating expenses.\nCoordinate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Cost Control, and other departments to ensure accurate financial records.\nMonitor inventory-related transactions, stock adjustments, wastage, and food cost accounting.\nEnsure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control procedures.\nSupport internal and external audits by preparing the required schedules and documentation.\nSupervise and guide GL accountants, review their work, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.\nIdentify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting accuracy, and internal controls.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n5-7 years of relevant accounting experience, including general ledger responsibilities.\nPrevious supervisory experience is preferred.\nExperience in the Food & Beverage, FMCG, restaurant, or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and month-end closing procedures.\nGood understanding of inventory accounting, cost of goods sold, and cost control.\nProficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to meet tight
