As part of the Strata Group, we’re at the forefront of event production, continually pushing boundaries to deliver exceptional results.\nThe Role\nWe are looking for an experienced Scenic Project Manager to lead the delivery of scenic fabrication projects from workshop through to installation. This role is focused on hands on project execution, site leadership, and ensuring every scenic build is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.\nWorking closely with Scenic Production Managers, you will take ownership of the delivery phase of projects, acting as the senior onsite representative and key point of contact for clients during build and install. With a strong eye for detail and a calm, organised approach, you will ensure projects are finished beautifully, installed correctly, and handed over with confidence.\nKey Responsibilities\nDeliver scenic fabrication projects from workshop through to onsite installation\n\nAct as the senior onsite representative and main client contact during delivery\n\nLead installations, coordinating teams, contractors, and logistics\n\nEnsure scenic builds are installed safely, on time, and to a high standard\n\nOversee snagging and finishing with strong attention to detail\n\nMaintain clear communication between workshop, production, and suppliers\n\nChampion Health and Safety and environmental standards onsite\n\nRequirements\nExperience delivering scenic fabrication or build led event projects\n\nStrong understanding of workshop processes and onsite installations\n\nConfident leading teams and contractors in live environments\n\nStrong organisational and communication skills\n\nHigh standards for build quality and finishing\n\nGood working knowledge of Health and Safety and RAMS\n\nCalm, proactive, and solution focused under pressure\n\nWorking Hours\nThe role is based on a 37.5 hour work week.
