This individual will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of HCM implementation projects, including exports, imports, web services, report and analytics, Integration Studio, data migration, and customization of Dayforce systems. As a Technical Implementation Specialist, you will work closely with clients, integration parties and internal teams to design and implement solutions tailored to the unique needs of each organization.\nYou will play a critical role in ensuring successful system deployment, providing technical leadership, and delivering value to clients through the effective use of Dayforce.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the technical configuration, customization, integration, reports and analytics and data migration processes for Dayforce implementations.\nCollaborate with clients to gather technical and functional requirements, ensuring solutions are tailored to their business needs.\nOversee data mapping, conversion, and integration activities, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.\nTroubleshoot technical issues related to Dayforce implementations and provide post-implementation support to clients.\nWork closely with internal technical and functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.\nProvide clients with training and support on the technical aspects of Dayforce, including system configuration and maintenance.\nParticipate in client sessions to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.\nContinuously improve internal technical delivery procedures to enhance overall client satisfaction.\n\nQualifications and Skills:\nBachelor's degree in information technology, HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.\n2+years of experience in technical implementation, with a strong focus on Dayforce configuration, data migration, and system customization.\nIn-depth knowledge of HR and payroll functions, particularly in relation to Dayforce systems.\nFamiliarity with SaaS/Cloud computing environments, with a focus on HCM/HRIS systems.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in data handling and system configuration.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience leading technical workshops and training sessions.\n\nWho we are:\nOnActuate is a global information technology and consulting firm.
