We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.\nAbout the role\nWe’re looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to help build Ondo’s mobile experience. You’ll own features from early product discussions through release and improvement, working closely with design, product, and engineers across the stack.\nFinancial software asks a lot of its interface. People need to understand what they own, what an action will do, and whether it succeeded. You’ll bring strong iOS judgment to those moments: making complex flows feel clear while treating security, accessibility, performance, and reliability as core parts of the product.\nWhat you’ll do\nBuild and maintain native iOS features in Swift, from architecture and implementation through App Store release.\nPartner with design and product to turn complex financial workflows into clear, responsive mobile experiences.\nShape how the app handles authentication, account state, transactions, errors, and interrupted flows.\nWork with backend and platform engineers to define reliable app-facing contracts.\nImprove quality through thoughtful testing, observability, code review, and attention to real user behavior.\nHelp set technical direction for iOS and mentor other engineers through collaboration and feedback.\nWhat you bring\nA track record of shipping and improving production iOS apps with Swift.\nStrong command of SwiftUI and practical experience with UIKit where it serves the product.\nSound judgment about app architecture, asynchronous work, state management, networking, and persistence.\nExperience designing for security, privacy, accessibility, and performance.\nThe ability to take ownership of an ambiguous problem, make clear tradeoffs, and bring others along.\nCare for the details users notice and the failure cases they should never have to think about.\nExperience with financial products, trading, digital assets, or wallets.\nExperience building apps that handle sensitive account or transaction flows.\nFamiliarity with release automation, analytics, and crash monitoring.\nWhat we offer\nCompetitive compensation including but not limited to salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) -
