This role is designed for developing existing features instead of building new features.\nYou will work closely with incident management, support teams, developers, and product stakeholders to ensure stable and consistent user experience.\nResponsibilities:\nInvestigate, analyze, and resolve incidents impacting internal and customer-facing applications\n\nPerform structured root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes\n\nRespond to production issues and support system stability across applications\n\nTake ownership of technical issues from analysis to resolution\n\nCollaborate with support teams, developers, and stakeholders to reproduce and resolve issues\n\nAnalyze software errors and review existing code\n\nRefactor code in line with coding standards and best practices\n\nPerform basic quality assurance of code and functionality\n\nCreate and maintain documentation including incident reports, root cause analysis, and fixes\n\nContribute to knowledge sharing and improvement of operational processes\n\nRequired Skills:\nMandatory:\nStrong expertise in PHP (Laravel), RESTful & GraphQL APIs, and hands-on experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL including schema design and SQL optimization.\n\nProficiency in HTML, CSS, and Vue.js, with solid understanding of unit testing using PHPUnit or Pest and modern testing best practices.\n\nSkilled in Git version control and adept at using Docker for environment setup and containerization.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and debugging skills\n\nAbility to analyze logs, reproduce issues, and identify root causes\n\nUnderstanding of software development and code quality practices\n\nGood communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nGood to Have:\nExposure to Symfony and React.js\n\nExposure to microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and API security concepts.\n\nQualifications:\n5 - 10 years of relevant experience in Software development.\n\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or equivalent.\n\nAbout us:\ngroup.one is a leading European provider of online presence, cloud hosting, and digital marketing services.
