You will not just manage accounts; you will structure and standardize processes to create scalable systems.\nThe mission is to establish the Shared Accounting Service as a foundation, ultimately leading process transformation for ONE’s global business.\n_Specifically ：_\nPhase 1: Shared Accounting Service Launch & Promotion\nYou will lead the end-to-end process of establishing the Shared Accounting Service for overseas subsidiaries, from visualization to standardization and migration planning.\nAs-Is Analysis & Visualization: Conduct interviews with overseas offices to map detailed process flows.
