In this role, you will analyze these cost data to ensure the accuracy of invoices and payment processes, while promoting transparency and efficiency in cost management.\nWorking closely with overseas offices and operational teams, you will identify issues based on data and drive improvements in cost management.\n_Key Responsibilities_\n_Port and Vessel Operation Cost Management_\n1. Invoice and Payment Process Review, Correction, and Optimization\nReview invoices for port and vessel operation-related costs to ensure amounts are accurate and free of duplicates\nUse data analysis tools to identify potential incorrect or duplicate payments\nCollaborate with overseas offices to verify issues and implement corrections or refunds\nExamine cost allocations under charter party agreements; based on collected evidence, coordinate with local and international teams to complete cost recovery from vessel owners\nVerify that costs related to container restow operations and other services are accurately invoiced\nWork with local offices to organize port cost data and improve data accuracy\n2.Governance and Contract Management\nReview contract renewal and new contract applications from local offices according to the approval matrix, and support head office approval\nCompare costs with industry benchmarks and historical data to ensure reasonablenes\nMaintain and improve rules and processes for cost management\n_Fuel Sludge (Residual Waste) Management_\n1. Fuel Sludge Handling and Cost Management\nCollect data on fuel sludge (residual waste) processing costs in collaboration with local offices and regional vessel operators\nOrganize, compare, and visualize processing costs by country and port\nEnsure that waste disposal is carried out as planned\nReconcile payment data with actual disposal activities\n2.Data Analysis and Improvement Proposals\nAnalyze collected data to understand trends in fuel sludge generation per vessel and evaluate the performance of waste handling contractors\nPropose and implement more efficient and cost-effective waste disposal methods based on analysis results\nManage and analyze data throughout the fuel supply chain, from ordering to usage and disposal\nProvide general support for other fuel-related operational activities\n応募概要\n給与\n年収 400万円 〜 800万円 Bonus\n・Twice a year\nSalary Increase\n・Available\n勤務地\n5F JR Nagasaki Station Building, 1-1 Onoue-machi, Nagasaki\n雇用形態\n正社員\n勤務体系\nWorking Hours\nHours: 9:00 - 18:00 (Standard).\nFlextime: 7:00 - 22:00.
