This role serves as the bridge between investment recommendations and execution, ensuring acquired firms are successfully transitioned from legacy investment programs to the OneDigital wealth platform.You will lead the development of operationalprocesswith the goal of creating a seamless experience with in-house and third-party investment vehicles, including alternatives and SMAs.\nWorking closely with client portfolio managers, advisors, trading, operations, custodians, and technology partners, this individual manages complex conversion projects frominitialstrategyselectionthrough account implementation and ongoing stabilization. The role combines project management, investment operations, platform administration, and process improvement to deliver a seamless advisor and client experience.Approximately65-75% of the role focuses on acquisition integration and platform conversions, while the remaining25-35% supports ongoing investment operations, platform administration, and data quality initiatives across the firm'sinvestmenttechnology ecosystem.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nM&A Integration & Investment Implementation\nServe as the primary project manager for investment platform integrations associated with acquired wealth management firms\n\nPartner withclientportfoliomanagers to translate investment recommendations into executable implementation plans\n\nCoordinate the migration of client assets from legacy investment programs into approved platform strategies, models, and solutions\n\nDevelop firm-level and client-level transition plans, including account mapping, strategy assignments, trading workflows, and implementation timelines\n\nFacilitate communication between advisors, investment personnel, trading teams, custodians, and operational stakeholders throughout the conversion process\n\nMonitor project milestones, identify implementation risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful onboarding\n\nMaintain documentation, reporting, and status updates for conversion initiatives and leadership review\n\nSupport advisor training and adoption efforts during platform migrations\n\nInvestment Operations & Platform Administration\nMaintain data integrity across investment and planning systems, including Orion, Eclipse, eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, custodian platforms, and reporting tools\n\nPerform ongoing quality assurance reviews to identify and resolve account, household, model, and reporting discrepancies\n\nCoordinate platform setup, account maintenance, and operational workflows\n\nPartner with technology and operations teams to improve system integrations, automation, and advisor workflows\n\nDevelop procedures and controls designed to improve scalability, operational efficiency, and client experience\n\nAssist with testing and deployment of platform enhancements, new technology solutions, and process improvements\n\nProcess Improvement & Reporting\nCreate and maintain dashboards tracking acquisition integration progress, implementation metrics, and operational service levels\n\nIdentify opportunities to streamline account conversion workflows and reduce operational friction for advisors\n\nSupport development of standardized implementation processes and best practices across acquired firms\n\nProduce management reporting related to conversion activity, platform utilization, and operational effectiveness\n\nQualifications, Skills and Requirements:\nStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously\n\nAbility to coordinate across investment, operations, technology, and advisor-facing teams\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy\n\nExceptional communication skills (written and verbal)\n\nStrong attention to detail and project management abilities\n\nProven ability to work independently and manage complex assignments\n\nEducation, Training and Experience:\nThe candidate must have a minimum of 2yearsof experience in wealth management, investment operations, portfolio administration, implementation consulting, or related financial services roles\n\nExperience with Orion and Eclipse is essential\n\nFamiliarity with eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, Fidelity, Schwab,Raymond James, or similar advisor technology platforms preferred\n\nExperience managing cross-functional projects and operational initiatives preferred\n\nKnowledge of programmatic analysis tools a plus (Python, R,MATLAB)\n\nYour base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
