The Program Manager will provide overall management, direction, administration, quality control, and leadership for contractor and subcontractor personnel supporting the DC3 Strategic and Foundational Operations effort.\nThis position is tied to a future business opportunity.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide overall management and oversight of contractor and subcontractor activities supporting the PWS.\nProvide management, direction, administration, quality control, and leadership across the program.\nFacilitate communication between Government and contractor personnel.\nTrack and document requirements and activities using industry best practices and proven methodologies.\nEnsure contract tasks are completed in accordance with PWS requirements and performance standards.\nMaintain responsibility for the quality and efficiency of contractor performance.\nSupport financial and business processes while excluding inherently governmental functions.\nIdentify and communicate potential contractual, programmatic, and resource limitations.\nDevelop, maintain, and update the Program Management Plan and Risk Management Plan.\nCoordinate program kick-off activities, recurring reporting, and Monthly Status Reports.\nMaintain workforce stability and required personnel qualification documentation.\nRequired Qualifications\nCandidates must meet all of the following requirements:\nCurrent TS/SCI clearance.\nU.S. Citizen.\nCurrent Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.\nDemonstrated success managing projects and programs of similar size and complexity within the last 10 years.\nWithin the last 5 years, demonstrated experience determining and managing manpower requirements for projects of comparable scope involving diverse technical skills and labor categories.\nWithin the last 5 years, demonstrated experience conducting comprehensive financial and performance monitoring of contracts using key performance metrics to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes.\nAbility to exercise management authority and effectively address contractual, programmatic, performance, staffing, and resource issues.\nAbout One Federal Solution\nOne Federal Solution (OFS) is an innovative Professional Services provider with over 20 years of experience supporting Defense and Civilian agencies.
