Product development inventories are managed (specifications and MSDS, etc.)\nEstablish and evaluate specifications of ingredients, raw materials, packaging material and finished products to achieve with company standards and regulations compliance\nLiaise directly with suppliers for samples, testing and technical documentations for development of noodle cake and seasonings\nPrepare materials and methodology for product research and development on new recipes including noodle cake, seasoning powder and oil to meet with the standards and customer expectation and requirement\nDevelop standard operating procedures, work instructions of process flows, process/product standards and staff coaching\nWork with relevant functions to meet customer satisfactions, problem solving/root cause investigation, coming up with corrective and preventive actions.\nLead the team to achieve the company goals and product developments are complied with the food laws and/or regulations\nOther tasks assigned by superiors\nSuccess Factors\nAbility to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities which require attention to detail and high commitment\nDemonstrate accountability and result-orientation skill to perform efficient work\nDemonstrate ability to follow compliance work with clear decision\nQualifications\nEducation:Bachelor degree of Food Science and Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Agro-Industry or related fields\n\nExperiences:At least 3 years of job-related experiences in food and beverage industries.\n\n Skills and knowledge:Knowledge of food regulations specifically emphasizing nutritional labelling, food ingredient functions, and food safety systems.\nKnowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, GMP, HACCP…etc\nGood command of Ms. Office (Word, excel, PowerPoint,
