The position enables reliable financial decision-making and supports the organization’s broader objectives around liquidity management, risk mitigation, and scalability.\nResponsibilities\nDaily Cash & Liquidity Management\nPrepare and maintain daily cash position across all bank accounts\nMonitor cash balances, movements, and liquidity levels\nExecute intercompany transfers and funding activities\nInvestigate and resolve cash variances\nCash Forecasting Support\nCompile inputs from AP, AR, Payroll, and FP&A\nMaintain and update cash forecasting data and models\nTrack and analyze variance vs. forecast\nReconciliation & Data Integrity\nPerform bank reconciliations between bank statements and internal records\nIdentify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies\nEnsure completeness, integrity, and accuracy of treasury data\nSupport improvements in forecast accuracy\nPayments Execution & Controls\nExecute domestic and cross-border payments (wires, ACH, etc.)\nEnsure adherence to payment controls, approval workflows, and segregation of duties\nMaintain accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all transactions\nSupport fraud prevention and audit readiness\nBank Account & Treasury Administration\nMaintain bank accounts, signatories, and access controls\nManage banking platforms and user permissions\nMaintain documentation for audits and compliance\nSupport bank relationship coordination\nDebt & Treasury Support\nExecute interest payments and support debt-related transactions\nAssist with debt tracking, schedules, and reporting\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field\n4+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Accounting\nExperience in cash management, payments, or reconciliations preferred\nTechnical Skills\nAdvanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) - required\nExperience with ERP systems Workday - required\nFamiliarity with banking platforms and payment systems\nExposure to Treasury Management Systems (TMS) - nice to have\nExperience with data/reporting tools\nCore Competencies\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy in a control-driven environment\nStrong organizational and time management skills\nAbility to work independently and manage daily deadlines\nAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities\nEffective cross-functional communication\nOwnership mindset with a focus on continuous improvement\nCompany Description:\nOne Identity enables organizations of all sizes to better secure, manage, monitor, protect, and analyze information and infrastructure to help fuel innovation and drive their businesses forward.
