Step into a culture where inclusivity is the foundation, where your ideas are trusted and supported, your passions are nurtured, and the spirit of collaboration is encouraged.\nWe move fast, think differently, and empower our people to deliver breakthrough solutions.\nWe are looking for a\nGlobal Master Data Governance Lead\nat one of our locations in EMEA region - Hungary (Budaörs)\nYour tasks:\nDefine the global master data governance vision, framework, and roadmap.\n\nEstablish policies, standards, ownership models, roles, processes, and decision structures.\n\nCoordinate business, IT, data owners, data stewards, process owners, and SAP project stakeholders.\n\nDrive global harmonization and standardization of master data.\n\nDefine data quality rules, KPIs, controls, and issue-resolution processes.\n\nSupport the implementation of workflows, approvals, validations, and governance controls in SAP S/4HANA.\n\nDrive communication, training, change management, and adoption.\n\nReport on program progress, risks, success, and business impact.\n\nRequirements\nA bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, information systems, data management, engineering, computer science, or related field.\n\nProfessional training or education in data governance is an advantage\n\nMinimum 3+ years of experience in master data management, data governance, business process management, ERP implementation, or related field.\n\nExperience in SAP or ERP transformation projects, ideally SAP S/4HANA.\n\nExperience working with cross-functional business stakeholders and IT teams in an international environment.\n\nExperience defining or implementing governance processes, data ownership models, standards and data quality controls.\n\nPractical master data governance experience:\nStrong knowledge of master data governance principles, data ownership, stewardship, data lifecycle, data quality rules, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.\n\nERP transformation experience:\nStrong understanding of SAP S/4HANA or ERP implementation projects, including master data requirements, workflows, validation rules, and migration readiness.\n\nExperience with Data Warehouse and Data Lake is an advantage\n\nFluent English (German is nice to have)\n\nWillingness to travel (50%)\n\nOur offer:\nA permanent, full-time position\n\nA mixed team of fresh talent and long-standing employees\n\nExtensive training and development opportunities\n\nA structured induction program\n\nAn attractive remuneration package\n\nAre you interested?\nWe are looking forward to receive your application.
