Step into a culture where inclusivity is the foundation, where your ideas are trusted and supported, your passions are nurtured, and the spirit of collaboration is encouraged.\nWe move fast, think differently, and empower our people to deliver breakthrough solutions.\nWe are looking for\nProcess Quality Engineer\nat one of our locations of One Mobility Group in Asia India, ( Pune Lonikand)\nYour tasks:\nTake the next step in your career with us in a global innovative (automotive) environment:\nTo evaluate nonconforming product and process, responsible for solve the production line of quality problems.\n\nResponsible for the early stage of the project quality to parts PPAP approval and prepare the relevant quality control documents in the process of production (Including responsible for drafting and update the work instruction and SOP）.\n\nResponsible for organizing the CFT, prepare the PPAP documents and submit the customer for approval.\n\nSummary of processing customer feedback, and train related staff, improve the quality awareness of site personnel.\n\nRespond to customer audit and review, and actively take relevant improvements.\n\nEnsure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer’s requirements\n\nCarry out monthly Quality related activities like layout, process & Product audit, SPC, MSA,4M etc\n\nEnsure all Quality policies, procedures, and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple, and concise manner.\n\nCompilation of all KPIs and reporting to the Quality Head on the performance of the quality\n\nHandle audits of customers, certifying agency\n\nCan use all kinds of measurement equipment skilled; know the shape tolerance, reading drawing well.\n\nArrange production plan independently. Quality control and management experience, process quality control skill.\n\nRequirements\nQualification:- Degree/ Diploma in engineer (Electronics/ Mechanical)\n\nCertified internal auditor for IATF16949\n\nDeep knowledge of quality tools (APQP, FMEA, 8D, etc.)\n\nDetail knowledge of 8D, LPA, CSR, CQI as per AIAG\n\nFamiliar with 8D-Problem Solving, IATF 16949 quality management system and five tool\n\nWith strong communication skills and negotiation skills.\n\nEnsure 8D submit on time if any complaint came from customer\n\nEnsure to achieve KPI target for Process Quality\n\nResponsible for IQS-Realization / Escalations / Tracking of Targets\n\n6-8 Years of Quality Experience in Wire Harness Field\n\nOur offer:\nFlexible Working Hours\n\nIndividual Promotion\n\nCorporate benefits program with many attractive offers\n\nGlobally operating Group of Companies.\n\nFlat hierarchies and short decision-making process.\n\nIndependent and autonomous work.\n\nAre you interested?\nWe are looking forward to receive your application.
