Step into a culture where inclusivity is the foundation, where your ideas are trusted and supported, your passions are nurtured, and the spirit of collaboration is encouraged.\nWe move fast, think differently, and empower our people to deliver breakthrough solutions.\nWe are looking for\nQuality Manager\nat our locations inMéxico - Comonfort, Guanajuato\nYour tasks:\nLead and oversee all quality activities, including KPI management, APQP, FMEA, customer and supplier claim management, audits, and corrective actions.\n\nEnsure implementation of regional quality strategies and customer requirements throughout the organization.\n\nDrive successful and safe product launches from project phase to mass production.\n\nManage the Quality Department budget, objectives, and team development.\n\nCoordinate and lead process, system, layered process, and environmental audits.\n\nMonitor quality performance, risk assessments, quality targets, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nEnsure compliance with all applicable quality, environmental, legal, and customer-specific requirements.\n\nAct as the Product Safety and Conformity Representative (PSCR).\n\nDevelop technical training programs and promote a strong quality culture across the plant.\n\nSupport supplier quality performance, escalation processes, and cross-functional problem-solving activities.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field\n\nMinimum 6-8 years of experience in Quality Management within the automotive industry.\n\nQuality Management Systems (IATF 16949)\n\nEnvironmental Management Systems (ISO 14001)\n\nAPQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA\n\nCustomer complaint and warranty management\n\nSupplier Quality Management and escalation processes\n\nInternal, external, and customer audits\n\nOur offer:\nAttractive salary\n\nStability and development\n\nFlexible time\n\nAre you interested?\nWe are looking forward to receive your application.
