The ideal candidate is someone who understands how to use AI effectively particularly how to ask the right questions, develop and refine prompts, critically review AI-generated responses, and turn those outputs into accurate and useful content.\nKey Responsibilities\nReview and restructure existing training, knowledge, and document-based content.\nAnalyze information contained in PDFs and other source documents.\nBreak down large or complex content into smaller, structured and usable components.\nReview, refine, and consolidate knowledge questions and question banks.\nTransform larger question sets, such as approximately 50 questions, into smaller and more focused sets while retaining essential knowledge.\nUse AI tools to analyze, summarize, restructure, refine, and organize information.\nDevelop and refine effective prompts to obtain relevant and useful AI outputs.\nCritically review AI-generated content for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and quality.\nIdentify duplication, unnecessary information, and opportunities to simplify content.\nAssist with the revision and restructuring of documents based on defined requirements.\nMaintain organized documentation and versions of revised materials.\nWork closely with the client to understand the intended purpose and required output of each piece of content.\nSkills & Experience\nStrong practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.\nDemonstrated ability to write and refine effective AI prompts.\nStrong critical-thinking and analytical skills.\nExcellent written English and comprehension.\nAbility to interpret, simplify, consolidate, and restructure complex information.\nStrong attention to detail and quality.\nAbility to independently assess AI-generated responses rather than relying on AI output without validation.\nComfortable working with PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, and other digital content.\nStrong organizational and document-management skills.\nPreferred Background\nExperience in training and education, learning and development, instructional design, content development, knowledge management, assessment development, quality assurance, or documentation/process improvement would be advantageous.\nYour love for Boomering will jump-start with these meaningful engagement activities and perks.
