We’d love for you to join our team!\nJob Summary:\nB&A is looking for an AI Data Scientist to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission.\nThis role serves as a key Data Scientist on our work for national digital outreach programs for a large federal government agency. The ideal candidate has a combination of technical, operational, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams to collect and interpret complex datasets.\nCandidates must have a desire to be part of a data-driven, customer-focused, fast-paced team that loves the mission of improving the citizen's experience and providing excellent service to government customers.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and implement machine learning models, Gen-AI (LLM) and NLP models, and statistical methods to solve complex business challenges.\nBuild scalable solutions for predictive modeling, optimization, and decision support.\nAnalyze large and complex data sets to uncover trends, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven strategies.\nCommunicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (internally, with partners and with customers) to collect and interpret data.\nExplore and apply cutting-edge AI/ML techniques to enhance analytical capabilities and deliver measurable impact.\nDesign and produce compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards.\nTransform complex findings into intuitive visual reports and dashboards to facilitate understanding for non-technical audiences.\nStay updated with the latest trends in data visualization and integrate innovative techniques into the workflow.\nWork closely with the distributed teams and stakeholders to ensure the data infrastructure decisions factor the interests and data goals of the company and its partners.\nAdvocate for data science and analytics principles/best-practices in design/requirements discussions with customers\nEngage with stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor visualizations accordingly.\nEducation and Experience:\nMinimum 5+ years of experience in Data Science.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Information Systems required.
